Behaviour Management
Aim:
To build participant knowledge and skills in Behaviour Management.
Objectives:
- Understanding Behaviour
- Learn how to encourage and maintain positive behaviour
- How to use rewards
- How to use sanctions
- How to give instructions appropriately
- Keeping boundaries and limits
- Helping children learn from their actions
Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length
1 or 2 Day, 10am - 230pm.
