Aim:
To build participant knowledge and skills with regard to working with children and young people with disabilities.
Objectives:

• To look at the role of foster care and residential childcare work
• To look at the legislation and guidance involved in working with children and young people with disabilities
• To look at assessing the needs of a children and young people with disabilities
• To identify ways in to work effectively with children and young people with disabilities
