Supporting young People with Communication

Aim:
• To build participant knowledge and skills in Communication & Relationships.
Objectives:

• To use the theory of Seek 1st to understand
• To raise awareness of projection and how it relates to communication
• To know how to Own your thoughts and feelings
• To use honesty and how it relates to communication
• To learn how to be yourself and use it in your communication
• To know how to use Transactional Analysis when communicating
• To use the tips for communication

Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
