Conflict Management
Aim:
To build participant knowledge and skills in managing conflict.
Objectives:
- Managing conflict and confrontations within the work-place;
- Managing confrontational/ challenging meetings/ discussions
- Different dynamics of teamwork & working together as part of a team
- Dealing with confrontation in an assertive manner
Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length
1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
