Aim:
To support the completion of the TSD Induction Standards.
Objectives:
• To present documents which will support implementation of the new standards
• To consider alternative ways for new workers to achieve the standards
• To explore the role of the manager or supervisor
• To consider how to ensure consistent assessment practice
• To develop an Induction Plan
• To complete the Workbook
Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
