Aim:
To build knowledge and skills on Keyworking
Objectives:

• Who is responsible for what
• To ensure that all staff know & follow company policy on Keyworking
• Guidelines for writing Reports
• To bring all Keyworking up to legal and company standard
• Attachment Theory and it's effects on keywork
• Co-dependency and it's effects on keywork
• Case studies to develop practice

Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
