Objectives:
• Standardise Recording within the Placement
• ensure carers are clear about their role in recording
• ensure carers are aware of national and local guidance and best practice in recording
• To bring all recording up to legal and company standard
• provide an opportunity to practice recording skills and reflect on own practice
• To ensure that all Carer know & follow company policy on recording

Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length
1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
