Aim:

To develop skills and knowledge when mentoring.

• what needs to be communicated and to whom?

• Listening to your mentee
• Managing mentoring meetings
• Skills practice
• Action planning

Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length

1 or 2 Days, 10am - 230pm.
