Aim:
To build knowledge and skills regarding Mindfulness.
Objectives:
· Learn how to use Mindfulness in fostering practice and for yourself as a foster carer
· Learn strategies to teach mindfulness to children and young people
· Learn how non-judgemental awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence, healthy social relationships and sound mental health
· Work through a number of short Mindfulness exercises
· Learn about Mindfulness Apps and how they can be used in everyday life
