Sexual exploitation

Aim:
To develop knowledge and skills in working with children who have experienced sexual exploitation.
Objectives:

• Raise awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation
• Understand Child Trafficking within this remit
• Recognise signs & symptoms of CSE
• Appreciate the impact on victims of CSE
• Discuss strategies to support young people who are being sexually exploited

Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.
Course length

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
