Sexuality & Children in Care

Aim:
To build participant practical skills on sexuality issues related to Children in care.

Objectives:

• Sexual development of Children
• Core issues that emerge is supporting sexuality issues in Children
• Safe Caring issues in supporting sexuality issues in children
• Key principles of sexuality and sex education of Children
• Case studies to develop practice
• How to incorporate sexuality and sex issues in typical person centred plan

Training Method
Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
