• To deduce which leadership style to implement when trying to develop the staff

Tutor input, Question and answer session, Group work Case Studies, Practice of skills
Course Materials
All participants will receive a course booklet containing all the key ideas and support material covered on the course.

1 Day, 10am - 230pm.
